| 1.
A ball is out of bounds:- |

a. |
If
it be played over a wall at the 6th, 7th,10th and 13th
holes, or through the gate at 13th hole. |

b. |
If
it be played on to Doonfoot Road (12th hole). |
| |
c. |
If
it be played onto any fenced-in wood or over the fence
at 18th hole. |
| |
d. |
If
it be played to rest on the car parks at the 2nd &
18th holes. |
| 2. |
At
the 15th hole the ball will be dropped on the near side
of burn, but not nearer the hole. |
| 3. |
A
ball may be lifted and dropped, but not nearer the hole,
if it lies on the road crossing, the 2nd, 4th and 5th
holes, or on the path running through the old part of
the course without penalty. |
| 4. |
Protection
of young trees identified by YELLOW MARKERS |

If
such a tree interferes with a players stance or the area
of his/her intended swing, the ball must be lifted, without
penalty, and dropped in accordance with the procedure
prescribed in rule 24-2b(i) (Immovable obstruction). The
ball may be cleaned when so lifted. |
| 5. |
Out
of bounds at the 13th hole shall be deemed to be the edge
of the short grass of the playing fields, immediately
adjacent to the left-hand uncut rough. |
